CHANGE OF DEPARTMENT/COURSE FORM

This serves to inform the Polytechnic community that the Rector has approved the change of Department/Course for the 2019/2020 academic session for the following category of people:

(i) Those who want to change to the Department which their O’level results qualify them;

(ii)Those who have been offered admission but are willing to change into the newly accredited programmes.

The fee for the change of course form of N2,500.00 (Two Thousand and Five Hundred naira only) is to be paid into the Polytechnic Remittal Account Gifmis Code: 1000060162 and the receipt of payment to be presented at the Admission Unit for the collection of form.

Kindly note the foregoing for your information and necessary action.
